Thank you for participating at the 2020 Oregon Logging Conference. This year’s theme, “Working Forests: Carbon Keepers”, sets the stage for networking opportunities with forestry professional and viewing the latest technology in forestry, construction, trucking and heavy equipment being displayed. The Lane Event Center handles all electrical service in-house. All exhibitors located in the Exhibit Hall, Performance Hall and Wheeler Pavilion must pre order electrical service. Inside booths: If you did not reserve the electrical service on the exhibitor contract please complete the OLC Electrical Order Form and return to the OLC office. This form must be completed in order to receive one – 110-500 watt one outlet in your booth, cost per outlet is $40 if ordered by Feb. 10th, floors orders after Feb 10th will be charged at $130 per outlet. If we do not receive the Electrical Order Form OLC we will assume you do not require electrical service in your booth. Please note if you require special electric service other than a 110-500 watt one outlet, you must order this special electrical service through the Lane Events Center please return LEC Electrical Form directly to them no later than February 10th. Outside Exhibitors: for electrical service please complete the attached form and return it to the Oregon Logging Conference office as soon as possible. Full payment must be received with your order request no later than February 10th.
Triumph Expo & Events, Inc. will be the service company for the 2020 Show. They will provide decorator, forklift and freight service for the show. Triumph is based out of Portland, Oregon and will do an outstanding job for you and for the show. Questions, call Triumph Expo & Events Inc. at 503.417.8000, or toll free 866.997.3326. If you plan to ship your display to the fairgrounds via an outside trucking company, it must be shipped C/O Triumph Expo & Events, Inc, they will deliver your display crates to the fairgrounds and place them in your assigned booth.
The Eugene Fire Department (EFD) will inspect the show on Wednesday evening at 4pm. We must comply with all of the EFD regulations in order for them to approve the Oregon Logging Conference show permit. Visit www.oregonloggingconference.com to download a copy of the regulations.
Oakway Wine and Deli will be the caterer for food and beverage at the Lane Events Center. Details are included in the confirmation detail packet or contact them for your catering needs.
We have 2 days of interesting and educational panel / seminar sessions scheduled for members of the logging industry. These sessions help our members to earn credits for their logger certification by attending these presentations. We have worked out a schedule that will leave a maximum of free time for your customers to visit the equipment exhibits. With your continued support of the OLC, we will once again host the famous ‘OLC Sawdust Bowl’ located in the Performance Hall on Thursday and Friday evening at the fairgrounds from 4:30pm-6:00pm
Oregon Women In Timber fundraiser event will ‘Kick Off’ the Conference on Wednesday evening. The evening will begin with the Talk About Trees silent auction, reception followed by dinner and the live auction.
Back by popular demand will be the Friday evening Buffet Dinner, Cocktail Party and Dance at the Graduate Eugene (formerly Eugene Hilton. Plan to join us for a fun evening of Beer and Wine tasting and delicious “Buffet Dinner” and ending the evening dancing to live music.
