It’s the last day of the Oregon Logging Conference, held February 21-23 .
The event, which is free and open to the public today, is packed full of activities for young and old.
Family Fun and Educational Displays. Enjoy wildlife exhibits, activities like birdhouse and paper making, as well as treats and entertainment.
Log Loader Competition. The exciting competition between professional operators will be held from 10 am to 12.
High School skills competition.Watch the next generation battle it out in events like cable splicing, crosscut and log scaling.
Equipment Displays. Large state-of-the-art forestry equipment will be display on the fairgrounds. Inside the convention center you’ll find many more exhibitors too.
Chainsaw Carving.Professional Oregon wood carvers will be creating works of art before your eyes.
