WHO/WHAT:

A total of sixteen items will be auctioned with proceeds benefitting the Oregon logging Conference Foundation Scholarship Fund. The auction both days will take place immediately following the open breakfasts (shortly after 8 a.m.). Auctioneer is Jamie Yraguen of Basco Logging

Thursday auctions items are: two truck seats donated by DSU Peterbilt, a $1000 gift card toward the purchase of Michelin tires from Superior Tire Service & Michelin, a truck seat donated by Brattain International, a pair of Bridgestone front truck tires donated by Farwest Tire Factory, a Savage .17 HMR donated by Radiator Supply House and S & M Gun Shop, an item from Crowley Equipment, and a Diamond Infinite Edge youth bow donated by Left Coast Truck & Equipment Parts.

Friday auction items are: a truck seat a truck seat donated by Pape’ Kenworth, a wood carving donated by Jay Peppard, a pair of Michelin front truck tires donated by Farwest Tire Factory, a truck seat donated by Gold Coast truck Repair, an item donated by Bear Mountain Forest products, a new fire pellet patio stove donated by Tyson Traeger, a Bowtech Carbon Icon bow donated by radiator Supply House/Bowtech, a Weatherby 300 mag donated by My Little salesman/S & M Gun Shoo, and a Southstar Felling head donated by Southstar Equipment (Reserved Bid) – Item on display at Southstar Equipment outside exhibit.

The Oregon logging Conference Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and all donations are tax deductible. Since 1968, the Foundation has awarded well over $500,000 in forestry scholarships to deserving students, many who have gone on to play vital roles in the logging industry.

About the Oregon Logging Conference

The 78th Oregon Logging Conference will take place February 25 – 27, 2016 at the Lane County Fairgrounds in Eugene.
